• the importance of making patients aware of the pharmacy’s consultation area or room;

• Community Pharmacy England’s resources for pharmacies to promote the scheme to the public;

• the Department of Health and Social Care ‘Think Pharmacy First’ campaign resources;

• CPE resources to help build GP engagement with Pharmacy First and encourage referrals;

• data availability to help monitor antimicrobial stewardship directly associated with Pharmacy First;

• the potential of pharmacists becoming independent prescribers.
